Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4 1979 was an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cook instructor. She is a part-Italian. Cook was seven years old when she appeared in a public announcement about foster care. At age 10, Cook began to work as a child printer, appearing in nationwide Target advertisements and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
